- Refunds are only applicable for wrong products (incorrect items sent) or defective products (damaged or faulty upon arrival).
- Your order will be replaced with in 5 to 7 business days
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with all tags attached.
- Requests for refunds must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be credited within 3-4 business days to the original payment method.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Select the item(s) you wish to return and submit a refund request.
- Provide clear images of the product showing the defect or incorrect item.
