At LetsWear, we are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience. If you receive a wrong or defective product, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms outlined below.

  1. Eligibility for Refund
  • Refunds are only applicable for wrong products (incorrect items sent) or defective products (damaged or faulty upon arrival).
  • Your order will be replaced with in 5 to 7 business days
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with all tags attached.
  • Requests for refunds must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be credited within 3-4 business days to the original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and submit a refund request.
  3. Provide clear images of the product showing the defect or incorrect item.
  4. Await confirmation and follow the provided return instructions.
