Return Policy

At LetsWear, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy based on the type of delivery you choose.

  1. Return Eligibility
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within the designated time frame based on the delivery option selected.
  • Certain items, such as intimate wear, accessories, and final sale items, may not be eligible for return.
  • Only defect item and wrong item is eligible for return.
  1. Returns will be acceptable within 1 day 
  • 60-Minute Delivery Orders: If you opted for 60-minute delivery, you must request a return on the same day of delivery.
  • Regular Delivery Orders: If you selected regular delivery, you have up to 3 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
  1. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Log in to your LetsWear account and navigate to ‘My Orders’.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. Choose your preferred return method (pickup or drop-off at a designated location).
  4. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
  1. Refund Process
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-4 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  1. Exchanges

     At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size, color, or item, please follow these steps:

  1. Return Process:

    • To receive a different size, color, or item, please return the original product.
    • Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
  2. Exchange Time Frame:

    • 60-Minute Delivery Orders: We will do exchanges for orders on the same day of receiving your delivery.
    • Regular Delivery Orders:We will do exchanges for orders within 2-3 days of receiving your delivery.
    • The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
